set in beautiful countryside offering stunning views of the
Babadag Mountains and the Olu Deniz valley. The popular village
resort of Hisaronu is a leisurely 20 minute walk away.
The pool area….
The large communal pool and beautiful gardens
offer an invitation for topping up your tan and lazing the
day away. Relaxing by the poolside area which can be used
by guests staying at the Villa or Apartment.
It would be appreciated if you take your towels in during
the evening otherwise they end up in the fields in front.
The BBQ and Breakfast area…
Enjoy the patio area whilst sipping a Turkish
cocktail admiring the view as the evening meal sizzles on
the built in BBQ.

Holiday Fact File…
Transfer
The Company who picked you up from the airport is called Unlimited
Activities. They can be located in the heart of Hisaronu by
the Mosque and opposite the Post Office. One of the staff
will come to the Villa and collect your transfer payment (either
in Stirling or Lira) which ever you prefer. They will also
confirm your pick up times home.
Local Shop
There are many local shops for the nearest turn left out of
the property take the first left and walk down to the main
road. The shop is on the opposite side of the road and sells
all local produce and essentials. You can also find a small
shop if you turn right walk along then right again to the
Milky way Bar and it’s situated next door at the Ernur
Hotel.
Neighbours
The Adjoining property is owned by an English Chap. John lives in Turkey throughout the year. Please be considerate about the noise.
Rubbish
The rubbish is collected most days. Bag up your garbage and
place it in the big dustbin outside the property.
Cleaning
The Property is cleaned by a local company. If you require
extra cleaning contact Pam, her number can be found in the property.
And pay the cleaner direct.
Electricity
Occasionally at certain times of the year, the Electricity
is low and the lights flicker.
If the Electricity fails check the ‘trip’ switch,
which ca be found on the mounted box by the main front door
of the Villa (not apartment).
Gas
Both cookers run on a gas bottle. If they run out please contact
John who will replace the bottle. The nearest gas shop is
on the main road passed the first Mosque.
Water
This runs on a pump system and needs Electricity. If the electric
is off the trip switch (as above) will need to be turned back
on.
Air-Conditioning
NEVER leave the A/C on when you go out or when you
sleep as it can leak water.
Directions
You are in the village of Ovackia, if you take a dolmus ask
the driver to stop at the Mosque or if taking a taxi ask for
the Milky Way and then say ‘up the hill’ please.
Security
Always lock the doors, windows and close the gate when you
are not at home.
